Corizon Enterprise Mashups are designed to be able to extend and complement key desktop applications, working “one process at a time” to transform the desktop. Typically this involves launching the mashup from the workflow or data in an “anchor” application or system. A growing number of “desktop accelerators” provide quick starts for this type of project.

Packaged business applications: “integration without customisation”

Corizon provides extension packs for Oracle E-Business Suite and Siebel that embed mashup UI directly into the application UI. This provides an attractive alternative to customising the application. Our Accelerator Packs deliver the benefits of integration, while speeding up deployment and relieving pressure on overstretched workstacks. CTI Integrations

In many cases CTI and CIM applications bring a call, chat session or e-mail to a user’s desktop, and form a natural start point for user processes that are integrated using mashups. Corizon has worked with its partner and CTI experts Sabio to make a desktop SoftPhone available that is certified by both Corizon and Avaya.
