Support Services

Corizon and its partners provide end-to-end technical support and maintenance for product functionality, performance and deployment.

We put significant investment in skills training, infrastructure and systems to deliver the highest quality customer support. Our service team deliver a unique source of expertise and their specialist focus and experience enable quick diagnosis and resolution to ultimately cut operational costs and improve customer service.

Training

Corizon offers training courses to help implementation and support teams to get the best out of using the Corizon Platform. The available courses are as follows.

V4/POV 0.5 Platform overview course.
Note this is a prerequisite for all other courses.
V4/COM 2.5 Using the Studio tool to compose applications that consume UI services.
V4/UISE 2.5 Using the UI Service Extractor tool to enable UI services from exiting web assets.
V4/UISB 1 Using the UI service Builder to enable UI services during development of web assets and/or web services. It is advised that the UISE course is taken prior to this one.
V4/ADM 2 Using the administration console, system management and logs to operate and monitor the Corizon platform components of a solution.
Courses are scheduled at regular intervals throughout the year. Check our schedule of training courses from March - December 2008 here.

If none of the scheduled courses are appropriate for you we can also arrange to run a course in your offices or another mutually agreeable location.
