Sabio and Corizon seminar to show how contact centres can cut agent talk time, reduce agent training times and improve first call resolution.

London - 8th February 2007 - Sabio, the innovative contact centre services and solutions company, and its technology partner Corizon, are hosting a ´Detox Your Desktop´ seminar to show how detoxing the agent´s PC desktop can help contact centres to dramatically cut agent talk time per call, reduce their initial training requirements and help improve first call resolution.

The ´Detox Your Desktop´ event will be held on Thursday 1st March at the Tate Modern, London and will feature a keynote presentation from BT´s Martin Greenan, BT´s Programme Director, Customer Management Platform, who will outline how Corizon´s user interface technology has helped BT simplify the agent desktop for its broadband support service and save, on average, 43 seconds per call. Using this approach across a number of projects, BT has successfully improved First Call Resolution; reduced agent training times and cut back on the number of calls being escalated to other operations within the business.

Also at the event Sabio´s Adam Faulkner will explore the impact that multiple desktop applications have on the overall customer and agent experience, while Corizon´s Mike Saar will provide an overview of the powerful technology behind the Sabio Intelligent Desktop approach.
