Corizon and BT Global Services nominated as finalist in Contact Centre Association Awards best Technology Partnership
Corizon achieves finalist listing in the best use of Technology Partnership category with Customer BT Global Services at the annual Contact Centre Association Awards November 2009
London, UK – 14th October 2009 - Corizon, the enterprise mashup company and Corizon customer, BT Global Services have been nominated as finalists in the Contact Centre Association Awards in the Best Use of Technology Partnership award category for the Common Agent GUI project.
The Contact Centre Association Awards are an established element of the forthcoming CCA Global Convention 4th and 5th November 2009. The winners for this award category and all other awards will be announced at the Gala Dinner on November 4th 2009 to be held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Achieving selection to the finalist list is a major achievement for Corizon and BT Global Services who have been working together on the Common GUI project for 18 months. It recognises the successful fruition of several iterations of the project each one delivering clear payback benefits in short defined timescales. BT Global Services have used the Corizon Enterprise Mashup Platform to deliver a unified user interface across multiple applications used by their customer service agents in contact centres around the world. The case study that was submitted for this award will be released on the 5th November 2009 following the Awards Dinner.
“The results achieved by the Common GUI delivered using the Corizon Enterprise Mashup Platform have been outstanding. The ability for the business to take a step by step approach to improving the process, continuously making incremental improvements has been a big success. To have reduced significantly the average cycle time and first call handling times both to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost is a fantastic result for Global Services.” Graham Mills, Head of Transformation Delivery, BT Operate
Eric Guilloteau, CEO, Corizon “Corizon are justifiably proud of achieving this finalist nomination amongst such strong competition. Our team alongside the BT team has worked effectively to deliver this project for which each stage has achieved payback in less than 12 months.”
Corizon and BT Global Services representatives will be attending the awards dinner on the 4th November and are hoping to go one better and pick up the award for Best Technology Partnership on the night.
