Eric Guilloteau, CEO Chairman
Eric Guilloteau is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Corizon, with responsibility for global leadership across the company and driving its international growth strategy. Prior to founding Corizon, Eric was General Manager of British Telecom´s eBusiness unit where he was responsible for establishing market leading initiatives in e-procurement and launching the first Trust seal in the UK with Trustwise, a certification authority in partnership with VeriSign. He also launched the first European ASP allowing SMEs to rent online back office software from SAP. Prior to this, Eric ran the Mobility Solutions for BT, and worked within Cellnet after leaving Visa in 1995. Eric has served as a member of the U.K. government E-Commerce Task Force.Christopher Spray, Atlas Venture
Christopher Spray; Senior Partner, Technology, started Atlas Venture´s US operations in 1980. He began his international venture career in 1983 when he joined CINVen, a leading European venture fund based in the UK. A British citizen, he moved to the US in 1985 when he became Investment Director of CIN Investment Company in the US. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Oxford University.Christopher returned to the UK in September 1998, and is currently working from Atlas Venture´s London office. Current activities include group strategy, funding and financial management.
The Hon Robert Rayne, LMS Capital
Robert Rayne is the acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company, having been appointed to the Board on 6 April 2006. Mr Rayne first joined London Merchant Securities plc in 1968, when he was initially involved in the development of its properties in the United States. He later returned to the United Kingdom with responsibility for LMS´s properties in Scotland. Mr Rayne was appointed investment director of LMS in 1983, joint managing director in 1998 and chief executive in May 2001. Mr Rayne has been on the boards of a number of public companies, including First Leisure Corporation plc and Crown Sports plc. He is currently a non-executive director of Weatherford International Ltd., Energy Cranes and a number of investee companies. Edward leads LMS Capital's UK technology investing. He has been involved with technology companies for most of his career, as both operator and investor. Selected prior investments include Clearswift Limited, Optos plc, TeraView Limited, GlySure Limited and PacketFront AB. At LMS Capital, he is responsible for portfolio companies AssetHouse Technology Limited, CopperEye Limited and Corizon Limited and also serves on the board of Citizen.Edward joined the Company in January 2007. Prior to that, he was at Amadeus Capital Partners, a technology venture capital firm, and at Deutsche Bank. He was also co-founder and Research Director of a start up in vehicle security and location systems. He has an MBA from INSEAD where he was a Sainsbury Management Fellow, and an MA and MEng from Cambridge University.
